    About the Executive Directors Network
Purpose: to help nonprofit executives manage more effectively by providing
them with the opportunity to exchange information, share expertise and
    experience, and establish professional connections.

Goal: to strengthen the core competencies of local nonprofit chief executive officers and their
organizations; and to develop a better understanding of critical issues and opportunities
    confronting non-profit agencies.

Desired Outcome: CEOs will have more time to spend on accomplishing your mission; less time
wasted on crisis management and problem solving.

    Networking Background

ALL nonprofits for their role in making our community a better place
    Every ED/CEO's Leadership

    - for the diversity of expertise and experience they bring to the process

    Networking Participants Demonstrate
    Integrity
    Honesty
    Trust
    Ethical Behavior
    Respect for Privacy and Confidentiality

The Rules for the Networking Forum are
    1. Membership is limited to Executive Directors and CEOs for nonprofits in
    the Tampa Bay Area.

    2. All discussions are confidential – what is said here stays here! Participants
should be able to speak freely without "fear of reprisal."

    3. This is not a mentoring program – the idea is to share information and
    resources NOT provide ongoing training

    4. Discussion needs to relate to your actual experience with the topic and
    not theory

    5. All discussion will be helpful and constructive in nature, competitive
    posturing is strongly discouraged
